Comment on Author Spotlight – Kennedy Ryan by Rebecca.
Great interview!! I just love Kennedy’s writing, and loved getting to know her better. As a mom with an autistic boy, I can’t wait for her dream project.

That Time I Decided to Branch Out from HEAs but Then the World Lost Its Damn Mind
I agree! with weeks like this last week, filling up social media really get me down, combatitive, angry – all the emotions. Sometimes you just have to switch off, and emmerse yourself in some light hearted happy.
Top Ten (Seven) Tuesday: Books We Feel Differently About After Time Has Passed
For me, The Siren by Tiffany Reisz. First time read, didn’t love it. But books 2-4 were the most incredible m/m love stories and relationships. When I reread The Siren after completing the series, I read it with new eyes, new layers, new complexities, I’ll be forever in love with it. I don’t think I was prepared for this kind of “love story” when first read back in 2013.
And I love that you brought up Pride & Prejudice. I liked the audible over Christmas, however it wasn’t the Rosmund Pike version. I’ve since not been able to leave that love story behind, reading retellings. A favourite retelling: Beautiful Bastard by Christina Lauren, although I didn’t know it at the time! I’ve since got the Rosmund Pike narration, can’t wait to relisten to it!
Books I Can’t Wait to Read but Am So So Nervous About
For me, I’ve still yet to read The Rose And The Dagger, so I’m starting that audio with trepidation.
And I share A Court Of Mist And Fury, and Gemina; please wow me as much as the first books!
I also agree with the book I read is not the book you read” sentiment. We all read a book differently.
Lol, Love Melissa!! Great Intro.
